Mat Pilates

Experience the benefits of mat pilates in a small class environment. HLP Method’s unique mat pilates class offers both contemporary and classical elements. Focus always being on mind body connection, alignment, low impact, strength, injury prevention, mood boost and flexibility.

Privates 1:2:1 or Duets

Private sessions allow for a more personal and focused approach. Whether you are coming back to movement after injury or are new to pilates methods. Tailored workouts, along with consistency prevent injuries and improve results.

Online

Keep consistent with your workouts while travelling or from the confines of your own home. Life is busy, but making sure you have time in your day to commit to movement even for as little as 15 minutes a day. Online can be booked in a 1:2:1 or in a small groups no larger than 6 people.
